Hi Leute hab grad was interresantes im US Forum gefunden! Ich mach mal Strg - V  Travis Day Game Designer Hey folks, I'm here to answer some questions about Paragon 2.0. Paragon levels are account bound, they are also segregated between HC and non HC characters. This means you will have a paragon level associated with HC characters that can not be increased by playing non HC characters. We didn't want players to feel like the "right way" to level their HC paragon was outside of HC. The intent of account wide paragon is to reward the player, not the specific character. Paragon experience and levels are fun to earn, but they currently have the draw back of making people feel tied to a specific character. We want to let players play the game however they want when possible and this was one case where we felt the right thing to do was let you play any character you want and have them all work towards the same rewards. In the case of spending paragon points, if you are paragon level 50, you will have 50 points to spend in the assorted categories. Each character that has access to this pool of points will get to allocate them for that character. So your barbs 50 points can be allocated differently than your wizards 50 points. Lastly yes paragon levels do not have a cap. The amount of experience required to gain a paragon level increases every time you earn a new one so progress becomes slower the higher you are, but if you theoretically played all day every day for the next 10 years you would still be earning paragon experience. Ich bin da echt gespannt. Besonders das es kein cap gibt. Und mich würde interessieren ob man die points wieder reseten kann oder nicht. Ich warte gespannt drauf  so könnte man wenigstens was rumprobieren. Aber alles in allem bringt es wieder frischen wind in die ganze geschichte

Gefällt mir gut! Ich denke fast, dass vergebene points nicht wieder resettet werden können. Analog zu d2. Dort wahr ja auch kein reset möglich Würde ich mir sogar wünschen. Dann muss man doppelt überlegen wen man pusht und welchem char es wo drückt. Gruß Jean |

Was mich interessieren würde: Kann der Ladderchar von dem paragonpool profitieren? Dann wäre es nämlich ziemlich vorteilhaft bis zum Addon 5 Chars auf 100 zu ballern .. oder irre ich da? |

Ich vermute/hoffe, dass in der Ladder alle von null starten und dass Paragon 2.0 der Langzeitmotivation in non ladder dient. kann natürlich auch anders sein... |

Dann wäre es nämlich ziemlich vorteilhaft bis zum Addon 5 Chars auf 100 zu ballern .. oder irre ich da? Das Maximum wäre dann 10x Paralvl 100! Ich hoffe ich liege damit richtig: Aber das Cap wird ja dann auch entfernt und die XP-Kurve angepasst. Irgendwann wird man also weit über 100 liegen und das hat ein deutlich stärkeres Gewicht. Daher denke ich nicht, dass es da einen reset gibt. RoS wird schon richtig heftig imo und da wird man mit Gear eben nicht mehr alles reißen können, sondern da kommt es auf die Paralvl extrem an und wie man seine Werte verteilt passend zu Gear+Skillung! |
